I nspection block from Block USA are important component of USA HL#1, a high-lift grouting system from The USA Family of Companies.

This specially designed concrete masonry unit features an opening for a plastic clean-out cover. When the wall is being grouted, these transparent windows give inspectors a clear view of the grout flowing thru the cells in the wall.

For two years, USA worked to redevelop and improve a grout placement method known as “high-lift grouting”. A committee made up of architects, engineers, masonry contractors and representatives from the National Concrete Masonry Association worked with USA to review the High Lift Grout process. Together, they examined how today’s advanced admixtures could improve High Lift grout and bring additional value to concrete masonry projects.
